The Book…

• is professionally laser-printed on heavy quality paper with card covers protected by heavy-gauge wipe-clean clear acrylic sheet
• has professional-quality ‘lay-flat’ wire binding and measures 27.9cm
  (11 3/4” approx) square
• is large enough to render original record images legible – but small enough to be easily-readable ‘in the hand’

The Contents…

• a Chapter for each ancestral nuclear family, headed by a traditional-style Tree graphic
• images of original records where available – level of detail by arrangement
• explanations and/or transcriptions as required for clarity
• can include your family photos and other images you may supply as well as map snippets and other location details
• includes Introduction and Appendices with details of sources consulted

The Cost: –  It takes a minimum of fifteen hours to put together a book containing a meaningful amount of information; the cost of this is £225GBP* (£100 in advance and £125 on completion and prior to delivery); for this you will receive one copy of the book as described; one USB stick with uncropped record image files, gedcom file (if required) and the PDF file(s) from which the book was printed.

*Price includes UK P&P; additional copies of the book and International P&P will be charged extra. Any out-of-pocket expenses will be agreed in advance – research in Scotland is likely to incur significant such expenses.
